Welcome to Lobscouser! Opened in 1987, our goal was to create a fine dining experience without the high pricing thereby giving both locals and visitors a place to eat or a place to dine..a place for a quick lunch or a leisurely dining experience.

On April 15, 1987 the Lobscouser opened its doors to the public and has remained committed to its stated goals and objectives for over thirty years with a very loyal customer base. It is still a family operation with one remaining couple along with their children, nieces, and nephews.

We are located at 337 High Street in Olde Towne, Portsmouth.

We serve Lunch Monday-Friday from 11-2:30, Dinner Monday-Thursday 5-8:30, 

Friday & Saturday 5-?  CLOSED on Sunday. (Closing times may vary)
